It's time to ditch the traditional, ridiculously heavy bed rack system and upgrade to something stronger, lighter and all around better! BillieBars® has the answer with their truly unique new bed rack system for the Toyota Tundra.

Designed and fabricated in Pennsylvania, BillieBars® goal was to design a set of Tundra bed bars that work with a tonneau cover. They ended up achieving just that while creating the strongest most versatile mounting system for Tundra's. You can mount anything; roof top tents, bikes, snowboards, surfboards, lights, CB antennas, and more. With a static load capability of 1000 pounds, they can handle almost anything! Plus being a low profile design it makes getting your roof top tent on and off your truck a lot easier.

Our Favorite Feature

How quickly you can remove the bars when you need to flip up your bed cover. In about 2 minutes flat you can take off both bars have your cover flipped up. Compare that to the competition where you're lucky if you can even use your tonneau cover let alone flip it up without having to remove it.

HERE IS WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Cross Bars:

The cross bars are made from 80mmx40mm (3.15” wide x 1.57” tall) 6560-T6 aluminum double wide t-slot rails and anodized black. Two slots top and bottom and one front and back, for a total of 6 t-slots per cross bar. T-slots run the length of the bar, so you can mount anything anywhere. The cross bars utilize drop in t-slot hardware which you can purchase here. Typical t-slot nuts will accommodate an M8-1.25 thread and slide perfectly to any location you need.

Uprights (Bar Holders):

Uprights are laser cut from a high strength steel, CNC bent, then TIG welded and powder coated in a durable black wrinkle finish.  Uprights mount directly to the Tundra bed rail system using supplied t-nuts and high strength zinc coated hardware.

Hardware:

All external hardware is high strength stainless steel. Included are 4 security bolts (TT40 bit) that hold each cross bar to the upright. Remove the bolts to the bars and the cover can flip open with the uprights still mounted. Bolts utilize stainless aerospace lock washers, meaning nothing comes loose.
