2.8” TWIN TUBE BODY: Protect the internal components from trail damage and hard use. Twin tube construction. Increased oil volume for improved cooling and endurance on those long stretches of washboard road.

FLEXIBLE RUBBER BUSHINGS: A quieter and smoother ride. Reduces noise and high-frequency vibrations for.

FUSION-WELDED MOUNTS: Maximum strength and reliability. Fusion-welded shock mounts.

VEHICLE SPECIFIC VALVING: The best possible ride and handling. Every shock is specially valved for each vehicle application, by Ironman 4x4 suspension engineers.

EXTENDED TRAVEL: Better on and off-road performance. Extended travel over OEM suspension. Offering raised height vehicles additional length to increase wheel articulation.

IMPACT RESISTANT STONE SHIELD: Protection from impacts and debris on and off road. Polyethylene dust shields make the difference.


ADDED GROUND CLEARANCE: All Ironman coil springs are designed to provide a safe, comfortable ride while also providing additional ground clearance.

ENGINEERED FOR RELIABILITY: Ironman 4x4 coil springs are CNC cold wound and bar peeled for maximum reliability and consistency, every coil spring is ‘shot-blasted’ to ensure long life, preset to its solid height and load tested to avoid spring sag.

POWDER-COATED: All springs are electro-static powder-coated for a gleaming appearance. Available in raised height and perfectly matched to Ironman 4x4 Shock Absorbers.


CASTER CORRECTION: Ironman 4x4 upper control arms are forged with 4 degrees of caster correction for ideal wheel alignment, correcting the vehicle’s geometry back to OEM specs, generating outstanding performance and ride quality.

DROP FORGED CONSTRUCTION: Drop forged construction results in improved strength to weight ratios, increased directional strength with reduced stress concentrations in corners and filets. The precision of drop forging consistently results in superior strength, weight savings, and manufacturing tolerances when compared to machined, rolled, or other cast processes.

HARDENED ZINC COATING: Wrapped in a hardened zinc coating, these UCA’s have up to 75% more corrosion resistance when compared to traditional paint or powder coating. This zinc coating provides maximum effectiveness at warding off the oxidation that typically leads to rust and corrosion.

OEM BALL JOINTS: We use OEM style ball joints and bushings that are tested and manufactured to strict Japanese specifications that are readily available at every dealership and parts store. They feature a fully hardened stud bound in a watertight sealed machined housing which doesn’t allow for contaminates to be introduced into the joint with grease guns or outside environment.
